OneBill and linked2pay have announced a strategic integration designed to simplify how businesses bill customers and process payments.

The partnership connects OneBill’s cloud-based billing and revenue management platform with linked2pay’s payment gateway and processing capabilities, allowing merchants to manage billing and payment capture in a unified workflow.
Under the integration, businesses using OneBill can accept credit card, debit card and ACH payments through linked2pay without needing separate systems or manual reconciliation. The companies said the integration is intended to reduce operational complexity by automating payment capture, reporting, and revenue recognition, with data syncing in real time via APIs.
The combined solution targets merchants and independent sales organizations (ISOs) that handle recurring billing, subscriptions, usage-based billing, or complex invoicing. OneBill’s platform supports flexible pricing models and subscription management, while linked2pay provides payment processing, virtual terminals, and online payment pages. Together, the companies say the integration enables faster onboarding and a smoother end-to-end billing experience.
OneBill emphasized that the integration can be implemented with minimal technical setup, which it said allows businesses to go live quickly and scale more efficiently. For linked2pay, the partnership expands its reach into billing and revenue management workflows, positioning the company as a payment partner for businesses looking to modernize billing operations.
The announcement comes as more companies look to consolidate billing and payments to improve cash flow and reduce manual work. By linking billing and payment processes, the integration aims to help businesses reduce errors, speed up collections, and offer a more consistent customer payment experience.
Both companies said they will continue to support their existing product ecosystems while making the integrated workflow available to new and existing customers. The partnership is expected to provide merchants with a more seamless route from invoicing to payment settlement, particularly for subscription-based and recurring revenue models.
