Zignaly and ABHI Launch UAE’s First Stablecoin-Powered Real-World Yield Product

Dubai-based crypto investment platform Zignaly and ABHI Middle East Limited, a MENAP-focused neobank and SME-lending fintech, have announced the launch of the UAE’s first real-world yield product powered by stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure. The new offering introduces a private credit investment linked directly to SME receivables, enabling global investors to earn asset-backed yield generated from real economic activity in the United Arab Emirates.

The product is built on ZIGChain and allows stablecoin investors to gain exposure to short-duration, invoice-backed financing with minimum investment sizes starting from as little as $10. Capital sourced from Zignaly’s global user base of more than 650,000 investors is deployed into ABHI’s SME receivables portfolio, financing working capital needs for businesses operating across the UAE.

The launch is positioned as the first live execution of ZIGChain’s real-world asset strategy, combining blockchain-based tokenization with established credit origination. By linking ABHI’s existing SME financing engine with Zignaly’s investor distribution and ZIGChain’s infrastructure, the partners aim to create a scalable bridge between decentralized finance and traditional credit markets.

While tokenized real-world assets and private credit products have gained traction globally, particularly in the US and parts of Europe, the Middle East market remains at an early stage. Most regional offerings to date have focused on tokenized funds, real estate or pilot-stage lending structures. Fully live, yield-generating products backed by operating SME receivables and accessible to retail investors are still rare in the UAE, making this launch a notable milestone for the local digital finance ecosystem.

ABHI has highlighted that the integration of stablecoin-based financing opens a new liquidity channel for SMEs, complementing traditional funding sources while improving speed and flexibility. The company already serves over one million users in the UAE and brings established underwriting and receivables-management capabilities to the partnership.

Zignaly, for its part, has emphasized that embedding real-world yield into its platform broadens access to investment opportunities that were previously limited to institutions. Through its Z-Indexes, users can now gain exposure to asset-backed returns alongside other crypto investment strategies.

The launch also reflects a broader regional trend. As the UAE continues to position itself as a global hub for digital assets and blockchain regulation, interest in compliant real-world asset tokenization is accelerating. By merging SME financing with blockchain-based liquidity, Zignaly, ABHI and ZIGChain are laying the groundwork for a new category of on-chain private credit products, potentially paving the way for wider institutional and retail adoption of real-world yield in the region.
