7-Eleven is currently testing a new solution that allows iPhone owners to purchase fuel for their cars using Siri. According to information, this pilot is rolling out in 7-Eleven stores in North and South Orlando FL, North Texas, and Woodbridge VA.
To use this feature, vehicle owners will need to download the latest version of the 7Rewards loyalty app and link a payment card to it.
The next time they want to buy fuel, they just fill in the app their pump number and the amount of fuel they want to buy.
Besides, if customers want to use the voice command option, they can set up Siri’s shortcut on the app’s payment confirmation screen.
We’ve reported that the App Store ecosystem supported $519 billion in billings and sales globally in 2019 alone.
