Rinascente has launched its first online store, according to Ecommerce News. The e-commerce website is part of the parent Central Group’s omnichannel strategy.

The new webshop offers nearly 15,000 products from 650 different brands in segments like fashion, beauty, food, and design.

After two-and-a-half years we are finally able to unveil our first e-commerce website. We have stalled for a while, but our top priority over the past few years was to complete the renovation of our physical stores. Now that we are happy with them, we can definitely launch the online store, which is meant to deeply reflect our brick-and-mortar experience

Along with that, Rinascente will allow top brands to have their own digital shop-in-shop at Rinascente.it.

We’ve reported that Forever 21 has launched new online stores in Europe after it filed for bankruptcy in 2019. This expansion follows the success in Asia-Pacific and Latin America earlier this year. The company says that the online relaunch is part of the company’s new e-commerce centric global expansion strategy.
