ISI Markets announced the launch of a new corporate debt intelligence platform focused on emerging markets. The launch comes as investors and advisers increase their use of AI tools and data platforms to monitor credit risks, private debt activity, and debt restructuring trends in developing economies.

The platform is powered by insights from REDD Intelligence and is designed for investors, banks, legal advisers, and restructuring teams working across public bonds, private credit, and primary debt issuance markets.
According to ISI, the platform covers more than 2,100 hard-currency corporate bond issuers across emerging and frontier markets. It also includes more than 10 years of historical data, financial data on more than 1,700 companies, and over 25,000 news stories published each year.
The company said the platform combines financial data, research, company news, restructuring developments, and mergers and acquisitions activity in one interface. Users can also create watchlists, alerts, and customised reports.
In addition, the platform includes AskISI, an AI research tool that can search through more than 7,000 bond prospectuses, reports, and related documents.
“The global corporate debt market demands a holistic view of the factors shaping creditworthiness, from macroeconomic conditions and sector dynamics to company-specific fundamentals. Yet without a unified, high-quality information framework, investors are often left with fragmented analysis and incomplete insights. We are very excited to launch our new platform, designed to transform fragmented information into actionable intelligence, turning complexity into clarity and enabling smarter, faster investment decisions.”
Steve Pulley, CEO of ISI Markets
The launch follows ISI’s release of REDD for Sovereign Debt in October 2025. That platform focused on sovereign and government-related debt risks in emerging markets.
Emerging market debt has remained an active area for investors as governments and companies continue refinancing activity after recent years of higher global interest rates. The Institute of International Finance estimated that emerging market debt exceeded $105 trillion in Q1 2024, with corporate borrowing continuing to account for a large share of total debt levels. According to the World Bank, debt transparency and access to timely credit information remain key issues across many developing economies.
ISI Markets operates several financial intelligence products, including CEIC, EMIS, EPFR, REDD, and iMoneyNet. The company expanded its data business through the acquisition of EPFR in 2024 and REDD Intelligence in 2022.
